- 1.5 water glass of Legurme baldo rice
- 1/2 water glass of sliced almond
- A handful of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 dessert spoons of butter
- A pinch of sugar
- 2-3 drops of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2+ 3/4 water glass of water
Soak the rice in the hot water for 15 minutes at least.
Take raisins in a bowl with hot water to swell.
Take a tablespoon of oil in a pot and fry the almonds until it smells.
Set aside the almonds. Strain the rice and rinse it through the water until the washing water is clear.
Heat a tablespoon of oil and butter.
Add rice and fry without breaking. Then, add almonds, raisins, hot water, sugar and salt, close the lid of the pot and reduce the heat.
When it drained totally, put a paper towel between the pot and lid and rest it for15 minutes.
