- 1 water glass of Legurme boiled corn
- 2 eggs
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tablespoon of sunflower seed oil
- 1 tea glass of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Red pepper flakes
- Sunflower seed oil for fry.
Scramble the eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, corn, fine chopped spring onion, sunflower seed oil, salt, red pepper flakes and fine chopped dill and mix.
Heat the sunflower oil well in a pan and take a tablespoon of the corn mixture and drop it into the oil.
Fry until golden. Take hash browns on the paper towel and strain off excess oil. Serve warm.
