Ingredients
- 250 gr mincemeat
- 1 pack of Legurme boiled Mexican beans
- 1 pack of Legurme boiled corn
- 4 pieces of tomato (peeled and shredded)
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- Basil
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt
Recipe
Fry mincemeat in oil. After dropping the water and pulling it again, add the basil and red pepper flakes and mix well.
Add Legurme boiled Mexican beans, Legurme boiled corn, tomato and fry until the tomatoes are juiced.
Lastly, add salt and turn off the stove.
Serve with pasta or pilaf if you wish.
