White bean dip

Ingredients

  • 300 gr Legurme white beans
  • Half a water glass of dried tomatoes
  • 1 tea glass of chopped spring basil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini
  • Half tea glass of olive oil
  • Toppings:
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley

Recipe

Boil the beans until tender Mix all the ingredients for the dip in the food processor. Take them in a bowl and drizzle of olive oil.  Garnish with toppings and serve with cracker.
