A PREPARTION FROM TURKISH CUISINE
Garnished bowl meatball
- Half kilo ground beef
- 1 big onion
- 1 egg
- 3-4 slice of stale breadcrumbs
- Red pepper flakes

- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Olive oil
- 1 water glass of hot water
For meatball: Grate the onion and take all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Rest the meatball mix a little. Take small pieces from meatball mix and shape it like little bowl. Cook the bowl meatballs lightly in the 200 degrees preheated oven.
Strain the garnish and share them the bowl meatballs. Place grated cheddar cheese on them. Put the olive oil in the pan and heat it. Add tomato paste and fry. Add water and boil a little.
