BULGUR WITH GREEN LENTIL AND TOMATOES
(Bulgur with Green Lentil and Tomatoes– Water – Sunflower Seed Oıl – Butter – Salt)
Put 3 tablespoons (32g) of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon (20g) of butter into the pot and melt.
Pour the whole package into the pot, fry for 2 minutes at a medium heat and add 1.5 teaspoons of salt (12g).
Then, add 4 water glasses of hot water and cook for 10 minutes at medium heat until it drains.
rest for 10 minutes and serve. Add spices if you wish.
