Cranberry beans soup

Ingredients

  • 2 water glass of Legurme cranberry beans
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 leaves of sage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 water glass of cream
  • Salt – pepper

Recipe

Take cranberry beans in the pot and add enough water to cover it. Turn off the heat a few minutes after it starts to boil. Strain after cooling. Fry onion and sage with butter in a pot. Add shell beans and 1 liter of water. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Puree sage with a food processor and add cream. Boil for 5 minutes more in the pot and serve.
