Ingredients
- 2 water glass of rice
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 water glass of Legurme boiled peas
- Salt
Recipe
Soak the rice in the warm and salty water for 30 minutes. Drain the rice and wash it in plenty of water until the starch is gone.
Take the butter and olive oil in a pot. After the oil melts, add the rice and fry.
Add the water and wait for it to boil. Add peas to the boiling rice. Turn down the heat
Close the lid of the pot and cook until the rice has absorbed the water. After cooking, put the paper towel under the pot lid and let the rice steep.
